You can have daily, weekly or fortnightly cleans. It is your choice.
No we will invoice you monthly and you can pay via cheque, instant bank transfer or via online banking.
You will have a regular cleaner. We believe in building a good working relationship with our clients and this is just not achievable when you have a different person each time.
Yes if we have availability we can provide you with a replacement though depending on our workload this may deviate from the usual day/time.
No we do not charge for cancellations but do ask for as much notice as possible so that the cleaner can reschedule their day.
For one off cleans we bring all necessary equipment. For regular cleans we bring cleaning supplies and cloths but ask that you provide a long handled adjustable mop (Vileda SuperMocio is recommended) and bucket and a vacuum cleaner in good working order.
We will endeavour to resolve any unsatisfactory performance promptly and discretely but if the issue can’t be resolved we will endeavour to provide you with an alternative as soon as we can.
Of course and we operate a secure key holding system.
We will offer remedy cleaning as soon as practical at no extra charge. Note: issues must be reported within 24 hours. Please see our service agreement for full service terms and conditions.
For regular cleaning we do have a Residential cleaning Services Agreement that sets out the terms of our service including notice periods, damages and claims etc. It is simply there to protect you as a customer and us a service provider and to be clear what is expected from both parties.
